As the treating clinician, I will supply services independently and invoice the clinic directly for all treatment fees, ensuring transparent, compliant and well‑governed cover at all times.

1. Service Overview

I provide professional associate podiatry cover to support clinics during periods of sickness, annual leave, training days, maternity leave, or unexpected staff absences. My goal is to ensure seamless continuity of care, maintaining your clinic’s standards, workflow and patient experience.

University of Plymouth Graduate (2024)

Experience across NHS and private practice

Fully insured (RCPOD) and HCPC registered sole trader ensuring adherence to HMRC standards for associate agreements.

Compliant with HMRC and RCPod associate podiatry guidance

3. Clinical Governance & Record Keeping

All clinical notes are completed directly onto your clinic’s software.

Records remain the sole property of the clinic.

Strict adherence to GDPR, confidentiality and data‑protection protocols.

Treatment is delivered in line with your clinic’s policies, infection‑control standards and clinical pathways.

5. Pricing Structure

40/60 (Your instruments), 50/50 (My instruments), ~£150 minimum fee (All subject to discussion)

Pricing varies depending on:

Use/Not of clinic instruments, sterilisation facilities, and dressings.

Length of session (half day / full day)

Type/Number of caseload

Please note:

Minimum fees may apply for half‑day bookings.

Invoices are sent directly to the clinic for all treatment fees.

Transparent pricing is provided in advance of any booking.
